Switching the maintenance of our condominium building to Gilded has proven to be a smart and worthwhile investment in the overall maintenance of our community. Because they also provide 24-hour security and concierge services to the building, issues are addressed immediately as they arise which mean that repairs happen in a timely manner minimizing the impact of the operations of the building. In addition, we have been able to plan and execute maintenance and repairs in an organized fashion. Gilded staff have proven their tenacity in solving problems that have existed for many years utilizing their extensive network of vendors which also provides competitive bids and financial savings. Overall, the HOA board and homeowners are quite pleased with our decision to contract Gilded as our maintenance provided.
